Blogging and Speaking

1-73
Friday week ago, I had the pleasure of speaking at the Bloggers Brunch organised by Kid’s Business and Room To Grow. It was special pre-mother’s day event to celebrate motherhood and our passion for connecting with other mums online. As I said as part of my talk, when you are a blogger and you go to an event like this, it is always fun because everyone is speaking your language – tweets, RSS feeds, links, updates etc etc!

And it is completely acceptable, to tweet the entire way through someone’s talk. In fact, if I didn’t get to see the tops of so many bloggers heads during my talk, I would have been worried I was boring them! Further below you will find some gorgeous photos from the morning taken by Bec at Little Red Photography (who is also a fabulous sponsor of this little blog!).

Speaking at your event

Last year I had the pleasure of speaking at a number of MOPS (Mother’s Of Preschoolers) Groups and loved the opportunity to talk to mums about topics like getting organised, family harmony and menu planning. I will be doing more this year and have also started taking bookings for kindergartens.

For not for profit organisations, I am happy to donate my time and come and talk to your group if I am available. If you would like me to speak at your event, you can find out more information via my speaker page.
