A pretty basic plan this week, but one that only took me a few minutes to whip up courtesy of the suggestions from the kids. When I sought the children’s input, between the three of them they came up with 5 meals. I only had to think of one meal for the week, see if you can pick which one was mine!

Monday: Homemade Pizzas
Baking: Chocolate Chip Cookies (Attached Below)

Tuesday: Tacos

Wednesday: Sausages and Steamed Vegetables

Thursday: Spaghetti Alla Matriciana and Garlic Bread (Attached Below)

Friday: Grilled Fish with Asian Noodle Salad

Saturday: Left Overs

Sunday: Chicken Korma with rice and poppadoms

Now that I am on my new site, I can actually add attachments, so this week I have added the recipes in Microsoft Word documents below. I thought this would make it easier to print out and put with your recipe collections. Let me know if you think this works better.

Penny – you guessed right, the fish dish was the only one that I chose for the week.

Cath – I will look forward to the necklace tutorial. I have not put the salad recipe up on the site yet. Will get there with it eventually!

You asked about manicotti on my blog – yes, they are a type of pasta noodle. It is a large, ribbed tube noodle. You can see a picture of it at http://thematzats.blogspot.com/2008/02/chicken-manicotti.html. Hope that helps! :)
