Family Friendly Chocolate Rum Balls
Recipe type: Lunch box
  1. Mix the ground arrowroot biscuits and desiccated coconut in a medium bowl.
  2. Add COCO┬▓ and Coco Quench, and mix well until all combined. Using your hands, roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls.
  3. Roll balls into extra coconut and place on a tray or plate to place in the fridge until set, about 20 mins.
