200 mls pasta sauce or tomato paste whichever you prefer
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Once dough is ready cut it into quarters.
Using baking paper or a lightly floured surface, shape out the pizza bases. My children prefer thinner bases, so I actually use a rolling pin for this process.
Pour some sauce on to the base and spread evenly across it.
Add cheese, then desired toppings. A favourite combination of mine is sun dried tomatoes, basil and fetta. The children prefer a simpler combination like tomato, onion, and ham or even simpler in the case of the younger two - just cheese.
Place pizza on a tray lined with baking paper and place into oven.
Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden on top. The big kids like to cut their pizza into slices, but little ones find it easier to eat in pizza fingers.
