Choc Chip Muesli Slice
- 2½ cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup milk choc buttons chopped
- ⅔ cup firmly-packed brown sugar
- ⅔ cup plain flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup canola oil
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl add oats, coconut, choc buttons and brown sugar.
- Combine plain flour and baking powder, then sift onto mixture in bowl.
- In a small jug whisk oil, milk and egg together.
- Pour contents of jug into the large bowl and combine with oat mixture.
- Pour out into prepared pan and press mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Allow slice to stand in the pan for 15 minutes, before moving to a wire rack to cool.
- Cut into pieces and store in an air tight container.
