Chop up pumpkin and potato in to similar sized small pieces (approx 1.5cm x 1.5cm). Slice carrots and zucchini and break up cauliflower.
Steam veggies until they are tender. This will take approx 10 - 15 minutes.
Once cooked, transfer veggies to a large bowl, add egg yolk and cheese immediately. The egg yolk will cook using the heat of the veggies
Mash veggies. If the mixture is too dry, just add some left over water from the steamer. If you are freezing this meal, it needs to be quite moist or it will be too dry when defrosted.
