Easy gluten free hamburgers you can make in bulk

- 2 kg beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 onions
- 140 grams tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- To a large mixing bowl add mince.
- Finely chop onion and crush garlic, then add to the bowl.
- Add tomato paste, salt and pepper then using your hands mix the Ingredients until well combined.
- Use a handful of mixture and shape into patties.
- Continue this process to make enough patties to cook in a large frying pan.
- Heat the frying pan to medium high and place patties into the pan.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes each side then remove from the pan.
- I cook the whole batch in one go and then we either heat them up or eat them cold. They can also be frozen.
