Chia raspberry smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup raspberries (120 grams)
  • 1 serve protein powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional topping)
Method:
  1. Add chia seeds and water to a glass and allow to soak for at least 20 minutes (overnight is perfect!).
  2. Add all ingredients except for the shredded coconut to food processor or blender and pulse for around 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with shredded coconut.
