Kid friendly granola
Recipe type: Breakfast
  1. Preheat the oven 85 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl add the rolled oats.
  3. Roughly chop the almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and the pumpkin seeds and add them to the bowl. Add in the coconut flakes.
  4. In a small bowl add melted coconut oil, rice malt syrup and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Pour the coconut mix onto the dry ingredients then mix well with a large spoon.
  6. Line trays with baking paper and spread the muesli onto the trays in thin layers.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. The granola will dry out further once you take it out of the oven. Allow the muesli to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
