Recipe type: Finger food
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ¾ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 2 tbs coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbs dried rosemary
  • pinch of salt (or to taste, I added more than a pinch!)
Method:
  1. Preheat over to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all ingredients together (it should form a sticky dough).
  3. Divide the mixture in half and place one portion between two sheets of baking paper and roll out with a rolling pin.
  4. We like our crackers super thin and crispy, so roll it out to about 2mm thick.
  5. Place onto a baking tray and carefully peel off the top of the baking paper.
  6. Repeat these steps with the other portion of dough.
  7. Place trays into the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool on the trays and break up into desired cracker size.
  9. Enjoy with your favourite dip or even use as a salad garnish...paleo croutons anyone?
