In the blender place oats and chia seeds. Blend on high for about 2 minutes, give the mixture a stir around and then blend for another minute or until texture of flour.
Add milk to the blender and stir a little to make sure the oats and seeds are mixed in.
Pour in the yogurt, vanilla extract and the frozen fruit.
Blend on high for about a minute and a half.
Pour into jars and place in the fridge. They will need to be there for a minimum of four hours so the oats & chia seeds will soften.
When you are ready for your Breakfast Smoothie, simply give it a thorough shake before you drink it.
The smoothies will last a couple of days in the jars in the fridge.
