Berry Smoothie

Recipe type: sweet treats
Ingredients:
  • 1½ cups frozen raspberries (of course you could use fresh if you have them)
  • 1 banana
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 200gms natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
Method:
  1. Peel and chop banana and place into jug or mixing bowl.
  2. 
Roughly chop raspberries and add to jug.
  3. 
Add yoghurt, honey and milk to jug.
  4. 
Use a stick blender to mix ingredients.
  5. 
Serve and enjoy!
