Chicken Balls
- 500 grams chicken mince
- 1 onion
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- ½ cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup coriander chopped
- ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Finely chop onion.
- Finely chop coriander.
- Lightly beat the egg.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except for the chilli sauce.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and use hands to combine meatball mixture.
- Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken balls are firm and have turned a golden colour.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
- Makes about 40.
