Chicken Balls

Ingredients:
  • 500 grams chicken mince
  • 1 onion
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup coriander chopped
  • ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Finely chop onion.
  3. Finely chop coriander.
  4. Lightly beat the egg.
  5. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except for the chilli sauce.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and use hands to combine meatball mixture.
  7. Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken balls are firm and have turned a golden colour.
  9. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
  10. Makes about 40.
