Planning really does set you up for a better chance of success. Taking the time each week or month to plan what the family will eat can save you time, money, and stress, help you eat better and enjoy meal time more. If you are new here and new to menu planning I have plenty of free resources that can help you!

Don’t be overwhelmed by the concept of monthly menu planning. It is much easier and quicker than it sounds. And you can always just take the concepts I share and scale them back to a week to start with until you feel more comfortable planning for longer periods of time. You can even use my plans below and tweak them to suit your family!
