In this episode I have the pleasure to chat with Matt, who is a dad to three gorgeous girls. Matt and his wife live in Melbourne and I have the pleasure of knowing them both!
Matt and I both attend the same gym and we have had many great discussions about kids and parenting and I was very keen to have him on the podcast so you could hear is excellent tips and thoughts.
