Brisbane workshop event – Getting Back On The Planning Wagon

Last month I held my first interstate event with a gorgeous group of women in Campbelltown, NSW. There is something very special about meeting people who have been reading the blog for a number of years and finally seeing them in person. In April I am bringing the workshop to Brisbane. In May I will focus on my home town of Melbourne!

You can read the full details about the workshop below but it will be practical and fun. I won’t be talking at you for two hours, but will be working with you to help you create plans for your families and answering the questions you have which are specific to your situation.

Brisbane workshop event – Getting Back On The Planning Wagon

Getting Back On The Planning Wagon is a workshop for parents to learn planning ideas to get them back into the swing of planning and contain the chaos of family life more effectively.

You know the things in family life that you should plan for and you probably even did plan for them for a while. Somehow the planning dropped off and you can’t seem to find your mojo to get it going again, even though you know it will make family life so much easier.

Getting Back On The Planning Wagon has been designed not only to inspire you to get back to planning basics, but it will also provide you with the tools to do it.

My personal philosophy and the one that I share here on the blog and in the courses I teach, is to use planning to streamline the known repetitive tasks of family life, so you can then better manage the unpredictable and the inevitable parts of family life (sick kids, fighting, tantrums etc) and still have time to enjoy your family.

The event will kick off with a discussion from me which will cover:

  • Why we need more than motivation
  • Why mindset matters
  • Why routines work
  • How to manage your week
  • How to menu plan effectively
  • How to set routines for the kids

We will then spend time chatting about how this can apply to your family and work through plans so you are back on that planning wagon again.

Each attendee will leave with a workshop pack containing key plans to contain the chaos at home!
