The Organised Life and Some Blogging News

I have recently started some freelance writing over at Kidspot for a series they are running called The Organised Life – such a favourite topic of mine to write about!

I thought I would share some of what I am writing about over at Kidspot Village Voices:

time quote - seth godin

I love this quote from Seth Godin. Every time I start to feel overwhelmed with my workload, I like to reflect on it and assess what decisions I need to make about my time.

Organising the time we do have is often the solution when we find ourselves saying “I just need more time”. There are five key areas you can look at to see if you are organising your time as effectively as you could be: Click here to read the full post.

Nuffnang Talent Blogger Program

Nuffnang Talent BloggerThe blogosphere in Australia is growing at a rapid pace and providing many new and exciting opportunities for bloggers. I have had a relationship with Nuffnang for the past three years, but as of last week, this relationship has become more formalised as I have joined the Nuffnang Talent Blogger Program.

I am very excited to be part of a team of clever bloggers covering a range of niches from fashion, to craft to the personal:

There will be no noticeable change on the blog here, but being part of the team, means having an allocated person to help me manage some of the administrative side of blogging (my emails have been drowning me!). They will also be working on exploring new ways to grow our blogs, including educational master classes and resources for the Talent Blogger Team to improve our knowledge and skills.

So that’s just a bit about what I have been up to over the last few weeks and there has been some other exciting projects that I will talk more about soon too!

What’s your news? What have you been up to?
