Over the last couple of weeks I have been trying out some of the new product range from Yoplait. I will share more of the recipes in the coming weeks.

Frozen Yogurt Recipe – Yogurt Drops!

I was inspired to make some frozen yogurt drops after seeing an image on Pinterest, but can’t find the source link to credit, which is a frustration I have about Pinterest! Anyway mine was slightly different as they were frozen.

Edit: Thanks to Brooke for supplying the original source of the Pinterest Pin where I saw this idea here.
Ingredients:

  • 400 grams strawberry yogurt

Method:

1. So very simple! Just add 400 grams of yogurt to a zip lock bag.

2. Close the bag, snip off the end and get ready to pour.

3. Squeeze out the yogurt into drops on a lined tray. The Yoplait yogurt has lots of nice real fruit pieces in it yogurt, so I need to make sure I made the hole big enough, so they could be part of the drops.

4. Place in the freezer for 3 – 4 hours. If you want to keep them in the freezer for a time longer that they need to set, remove them from the tray, place them in an air tight container, layered with the baking paper and return to the freezer.

5. Take the drops out once frozen and serve immediately!
