We have been staying at my parent’s house in Mildura and this morning they treated my kids to Egg In The Basket for breakfast. I hadn’t had once of these for years myself either. They were a massive hit with the kids. Our 3 year old ate two and then attempted to pilfer one from the plate of his big brother when he wasn’t watching!

A shortened week for us, this week as we will be driving back from Mildura on Monday and eating dinner on the way. It is going to be a very basic couple of weeks in terms of meals in our house, so I can catch up on lots of outstanding tasks!
