After a very quick two weeks, we are back to school on Monday. Personally I could do with another week away from the school and after school running around!
The family meals for the next few weeks are going to be very easy to cook and quick to prepare. This term we have after school activities four out of the five nights. This is really not desirable, but with the three children at school all doing swimming and then one other activity, that is just the way it falls. 🙁
You might also notice that for the next couple of weeks pumpkin soup will be on the menu. When we went away for Easter in the country, my dad gave me a very large sack of pumpkins. Pumpkin soup is a favourite with my kids, so we will be using up the pumpkins that way.
Our Family Menu Plan for this week.
Baking: Anzac Biscuits – ANZAC day is this Saturday!
Monday: Pumpkin Soup
Tuesday: Fried Rice
Wednesday: Left Overs
Thursday: Creamy Chicken and Tomato Stew
