Easy gluten free hamburgers you can make in bulk

Ingredients:
  • 2 kg beef mince
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 140 grams tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
  1. To a large mixing bowl add mince.
  2. Finely chop onion and crush garlic, then add to the bowl.
  3. Add tomato paste, salt and pepper then using your hands mix the Ingredients until well combined.
  4. Use a handful of mixture and shape into patties.
  5. Continue this process to make enough patties to cook in a large frying pan.
  6. Heat the frying pan to medium high and place patties into the pan.
  7. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes each side then remove from the pan.
  8. I cook the whole batch in one go and then we either heat them up or eat them cold. They can also be frozen.
