Tea Cup Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Tic Toc Biscuits
- 250 grams Marshmallows
- 1 packet Freckles
- 2 packets of Musk Lifesavers
- 200 grams white chocolate
- water
Method:
- Melt white chocolate and use this as the glue to stick everything together. You can place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 sec bursts of time, stirring in between until melted.. Using a small spoon or knife, spread icing on the smallest end of the marshmallow.
- Place marshmallow in the middle of the biscuit and press down lightly.
- Spread icing on to the flat side of the freckle.
- Place freckle on top of marshmallow and press lightly.
- Cut a life saver in half. I find it easiest to use a small knife and start with one side only. (I also go through and do the full packets at once.)
- Spread icing on each end of the halved life saver.
- Place handle on to the side of the marshmallow. (Sometimes you need to hold it for little to bit to make sure it adheres properly.)
- You then have your finished product!
- Makes 26 Tea Cups.
Notes:
Tip 1: You can use melted white chocolate instead of icing sugar as the glue to stick everything together.
Tip 2: I make a bit of a process of it and go through and do each step for the entire batch, for example, stick all the marshmallows on, then all the freckles and so on.
