Heat oil in large frying pan (I don't own a wok, but you would obviously use the wok if you had one!), add meat and brown.
Add spring onions to the pan and cook for a minute or two constantly stirring. Then add crushed garlic and cook for another minute or so.
Add veggies and cook stirring constantly for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and water to the pan. Stir for a minute.
Place a bed of noodles onto a plate and add the stir fry. My kids love giving chop sticks a go at the moment - it sometimes only lasts for a minute with the youngest ones, but they are all getting better at using them.
