A Planned & Present Dinner Invitation

I am super excited to share with you The Planned & Present Dinner!

It is a dinner with a nourishing and wholesome menu, where mums can join together to share stories and learn ways they can be both more planned and present in family life.

Throughout the Planned & Present Dinner you will be able to relax amongst like minded women and take some time out of your day to day activities, to explore what small but powerful changes you can make to your life. Changes that will begin to reduce the overwhelm and constant busyness you have been feeling. With the best of intentions to do as much as we can for our families, we often find ourselves overloaded and unable to actually enjoy what we are currently doing with the family, as we are worried about what we have to do next.

The evening will incorporate three amazing courses of food that are not only utterly delicious, but have the added bonus of making you feeling better the next day. The menu is plant based, wholefood, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free and FODMAP friendly so whatever your dietary needs it can be catered for.

Woven amongst the three courses you can enjoy conversations to stimulate your mind, with other mothers who like you, are trying their best and facing similar challenges. The flow of the evening will have casual discussion amongst diners, interspersed with short talks from (me!) Nicole Avery on how she managed to make changes to her life. She will share how she went from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted a number of years ago to now feeling energised and calm in family life.

While it is the perfect dinner to bring a friend along to, the flow of the dinner means that you can come on your own but not feel alone! You will leave the evening with tips and a plan of action on how you can start making changes to your days, so you too can be both more planned and present.
