5 gluten free lunch box recipes

I haven’t posted many lunch box recipes on the blog recently, but with the freelance work I do on Essential Kids, I have been creating recipes that I thought you would like! Here are 5 gluten free lunch box recipes that are easy to make and my kids love.

Use this recipe as a base and add your kids favourite veggies and herbs to create the perfect lunch box sausage for your child.

Gluten free meatloaf – Meatloaf is a handy recipe to have up your sleeve. It is easy to cook, easy on the budget and you can stash one in the freezer easily to have for busy nights or to defrost for school lunches. NB. If you cannot have nut products at school, replace almond meal with gluten free plain flour.
