We have our tree up, which is exciting. IT sets the Christmas feel in the house. This Year is pretty busy for us, but not too bad activity wise. I have a lot of 'making' to do! I am aiming to finish all home made gifts in the first week or so of December. Then I can make the baking gifts.
But I have all the rest of my Christmas shopping done except of a couple of items on my list. Buying/making gifts throughout the year definitely relieves the stress/business in December. It will be good to be able to relax and enjoy some Christmas events and parties in the a week or two. We have planned to see the Myer Windows/drive or walk to see local Christmas lights/Go to local carols concert and spend casual times with friends. All the best with your plans!
