Thank you for this list, I have only just discovered your blog and there are so many resources listed here I want to follow up on.

My son loves the ABC the Reading Eggs website. The subscription is a bit expensive, but he has used it a great deal and learnt a lot. They usually have a two week trial offer I think (http://readingeggs.com/).
