Fabric Covered Buttons Bobby Pins

Self Cover Buttons

The lovely Kerrie from Jackobindi is offering readers of Planning With Kids the chance to win a Jackiobindi Self Cover Button Kit. This give away is open to Australian residents only and will close on Friday 9th October at 12pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen using Random.Org.

I have only recently discovered Jackobindi and think that I am becoming a little bit addicted to these gorgeous buttons. So far as you will see photographed above, I have made self cover hair ties and bobby pins. Next on my list are the Snap Clips. These buttons are very easy and fun to make. My 5 year old daughter made hair ties by herself for a birthday present for her friend this week end. The starter kits themselves would also make a great gift.

To enter the competition all you need to do is check out the links below and then leave a comment here letting me know which starter kit you would choose. That is the easy part, the hard part is choosing which kit you want!!! Good Luck.

My 11 year old daughter would scream with delight over the “Beginners DYI Button Kit” and from thereonin a craft addiction would begin (look out Jackobindi… better check your stock levels!!!)… P.S. They would also feature highly in her craft/sewing creations at our local agricultural show in November!

So cute! I’d choose the hair-tie kit. I’m always throwing my hair into a ponytail to get it off my face while I go walking with my daughters – these hair ties would be ultra-stylish and hopefully detract from the mashed banana that the little monkeys have usually mushed into my hair!

Trudi Davidson October 6, 2009 at 8:51 pm
