imagine talking instead of just assuming he doesn't know exactly what I need. Not sure about that one - what would I do with all that nagging energy?? We are yet to implement but a friend had a morning schedule for her kids with their drawings on them - get dressed, pack bag, etc so they know what they need to do in the morning. We also have one of those great calendars which has a column for each family member so we know what's coming up for everyone and can allocate parents as needed. Helps us plan our babysitting requirements and is our plan b in case we forget to TALK to each other.....

Thanks for the great tips!

I find paperwork a big time sucker as well! With bills etc, I note down the due date in my diary and file them in my "invoices to pay" file, so I don't forget to pay bills, school expenses etc. Works quite well!
