Menu Plan Monday – Here At Last!

Quite a bit later than usual for MPM today. The plan has been done (I am doing them in monthly lots now!), but we had a small birthday party for Possum this morning. Yesterday was filled with preparation and cleaning and today has been filled with partying (and cleaning!).

This week’s plan along with next week’s is very simple. I am keeping everything as low key as possible to reduce my workload. There is so much running around to BBQs etc this time of the year that, I just want quick and esy to cook.

Monday: Left Overs from the party

Baking: Tea Cup Biscuits

Tuesday: Sausages and Salad

Wednesday: Marinated Chicken Sticks With Salad

Thursday: Pasta with Chicken and Spinach

Friday: Christmas Get Together

Saturday: Mexibake

Sunday: BBQ
