Lasagna by StormySleep.

We have had an amazing last few days. Mr I and myself went away for a couple of days WITHOUT the children and then yesterday Mr I, was able to tick off a “must do this in my life time” achievement when he completed the Melbourne Marathon!

With all this activity this has been my first time on the computer since Thursday lunch time and although it was nice to have a technology break, it does mean that I have loads to catch up on! So I will just get straight to the plan for this week:

Monday: Mexibake

Baking: White Chocolate Chip Muffins

Tuesday: Left Overs

Wednesday: Chicken Korma

Thursday: Lasagna

Friday: Souvalakis

Saturday: Pasta with Chicken and Spinach

Sunday: Roast Chicken and Vegetables

Sounds like you’ve had a great time away with Mr I … good on you!

My hubby also ran the Melbourne Marathon … what a huge achievement and we were super proud of him. Hmmm … I thought it might be his first and last, but its on the cards for next year! Crazy fella! For some reason, I was nervous as heck with his bad knee, the distance, the heat … but he did really well.

Wow – a few days away without kids. I’m flat out managing one night (which is fast approaching).

Your menu looks yummy though – a lot more interesting than mine.

Hi,
I was just wondering who takes care of the kids when you are away or sick? I have three and I get a bit frustrated never to be alone with myself, housework or husband.
