		<description>Hello - love the menu plans; they&#039;ve gotten me out of hot water just a few times!  :)  A question - I am trying to reduce my family&#039;s meat consumption... more for environmental reasons than anything.  I am aiming for us to eat meat (of all kinds - white &amp; red) perhaps 3x week maximum.  I would be interested in any nutritious, kid-friendly, meat-free meal ideas you might have.  It&#039;s hard for me to get past the usual pasta &amp; risotto thing, esp. with two kids that don&#039;t like beans!  Any suggestions you have would be great. Thank you!</description>

		<description>Its excellent to have this list!  With all that is available to us in the shops, its easy to forget that its better (and cheaper) to eat what is in season. Do we really want to eat something that has been sitting in cool storage for 6 months or has shipped from a thousand miles away?  Great recipes!
