We've just started K this last week. I've been toying with the idea of setting out breakfast the night before and think we'll give it a try. We have afterschool routines as well. When he gets in he gives me his back and forth folder and we go through it whilst he does his chores ( usually his bed then) We get out the lunch box and empty it and the water bottle.
