I am a complete freeze-a-holic - I have two freezers in my kitchen. I freeze soups, casseroles, calzone fillings, chilli con carne, lasagne, spaghetti bolognese sauce ... and I even have 2 cakes I freeze - a delicious ginger loaf and a chocolate loaf. They both freeze great, and if iced once defrosted I don't think you can tell the difference.
