Is there anyway that I could get a list of what you use for the aisle & aislesub categories for the complete shopping list so that I can type them in? Also is there anyway just to copy & paste the ingredients by meal into the shopping list. It seems redundant to retype them. I am so sorry if any of this isn't making any sense. I'm very new to excel and don't know my way around that well yet. I love your ideal and would love to use it.
