He is very grungy ! A friend of his always came to our house for sleepovers /outings with very few clothes or NONE spare in a plastic bag and 'old' stuff or wrong season.I knew his mother never packed for him. When we took him out - I had to give him a jumper and even clothes of my son's to wear. He didn't mind.I tried to encourage my son not to be like him.
